Nameservers not registered

  Hi,

  I was receiving this error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 355800 bytes) in /home/basit79/public_html/wp-admin/includes/admin.php on line 16” on my wordpress.org panel. My hosting company suggested me to buy VPS. I purchased a VPS for my domain http://www.pakistanexaminer.com, registered with WordPress.com and want to point my domain towards it. But upon editing nameservers, I am receiving Nameservers Not Registered message. I tried several times and consulted several people but nobody could suggest me any solution. Even I dropped three emails in last three days to WordPress Support but nobody responded yet. Please advice me, as I am unable to update my site.

  (So it looks like that domain name is already mapped to a WP.org blog)
