Nameservers not saving

  Hi,

  Trying to change namservers to

  ns1.clook.net
  ns2.clook.net

  when I save it says success but then I go back and it hasnt saved. I see other people have had the same issue.
  Can you go in and change them for me please?

  I went to your site, and found that the nameservers have updated (it’s usually not immediate) and it was loading properly as seen in the screenshot below:

  

  It can take some time to propagate. If you find that it is still not loading properly, can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?

  Hi Pauline thank you that is working fine. Quick question.. If I just want to renew the domain reg without the premium wordpress package how do I do that?
  I can only see the option to the renew the premium package $99 but as the site is hosted elsewhere I dont need that. I could just transfer the domain but seems easy to leave registered through wordpress if you can tell me how to renew?

  I have removed the Premium upgrade except for the domain. You can now renew that for $18.
