Nameservers of hostgator not getting updated

  Hi,

  My website is http://www.stockssavvy.com

  Namerservers from hostgator has been updated from ns5.hostgator.in/ns6.hostgator.in to ns1.md-in-8.webhostbox.net Name server 2:- ns2.md-in-8.webhostbox.net

  I am trying to update the same in wordpress account by going in my Domains -> http://www.stockssavvy.com -> Nameservers -> Updating the DNS here. Its gives a proper save message saying that “Success! The Name Servers for this domain have been updated. Please sit tight while these domain changes propagate around the world. (This can sometimes take up to 72 hours.)” But when I come back it again points back to old nameservers ->ns5.hostgator.in. Save is not getting updated in the database.

  Similarly, if I try to Edit DNS, it does not allow me to. I am not sure on the exact method of updating the DNS here. Can you please help me in updating the nameservers.
