nameservers self refused
-
I have a domain ‘sajjra.net’ which points to ‘cielopresenteytotal.wordpress.com’
In the configuration panel of my domain provider the nameservers are correctly pointing to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com and ns3.wordpress.com.
But the wordpress name servers seem are self refused: https://dns.google/query?name=sajjra.netPlease could you let me know why they are self refused and how is possible to fix this.
Thanks in advance!

Hi –
Sure thing. I’ll be glad to help. The domain won’t show your WordPress.com site until you add a domain connection. That’s included with our hosting plans. We will then become your hosting provider and your site at cielopresenteytotal.wordpress.com will be connected to that domain.
You’ll be able to get started on the personal plan. It can be paid for by the month or by the year. The yearly option has a built in savings and is also refundable for 14 days should you change your mind. Let me know if you have any other questions about this.

Hi, Thanks for your answer. I would like to buy a wordpress personal plan. But the problem is that still I have to wait one year to finish my contract with the company that provide me the domain “sajjra.net”.
So until that contract is finish. Is it possible to add the domain connection with the free wordpress plan that I have now?
Thanks in advance

Hi, you don’t have to wait a year to purchase a hosting plan from us. You’ll need a hosting plan, as it now appears that you’ve only registered a domain.
Once you upgrade to a plan, you can connect your domain. Also, when the domain is available for transfer (usually 60 days after registration), you can move it here if you like.
Please note that to be able to connect a domain, you’ll need a plan. Unfortunately, the Free plan doesn’t allow that.
