    This is an issue we’ve been investigating for some time. To help us come up with the fix, could you please answer these questions?

    • What is your browser version & operating system (you can copy the info from https://www.whatismybrowser.com/)
    • When did you first notice the issue?
    • Which method do you use for logging in? (password / social / magic link)
    • Are you using VPN or proxy?
    • Are you using an antivirus that blocks cookies?
    • Were you using the Classic Editor from My Site>Site>Posts before the new Block Editor was introduced?
    • Could you provide us with a screenshot showing any Console errors on your site? (In your browser: More tools > Developer Tools > Console) You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.

    On the other hand, I noticed that your Business plan expired last month and so your site may not work correctly. If you would like to maintain all the functionalities of plan Business, you can re-purchase it directly at My Site>Plan>Plans.
    if you wish to keep on with free plan, we’d need to revert your site to the state it was before installing the first plugin and that will likely cause some content loss so a backup would be needed beforehand.
