Não consigo compra o plano premium

  Eu tentei atualizar o plano varias vezes,para premium e n vai
  só aparece que a transação não realizada,já tentei com cartão de debito e crédito.
  Não sei mais o que fazer.

  Are you seeing an error messages when you try to upgrade your plan? If so, please paste the exact error message into your reply so I can look in this for you.
