Não consigo usar o plugin Elementor

Bom tarde galera, estou com um problema e nao sei o que fazer. Quero criar uma página de vendas usando o plugin elementor, mas quando clico em ‘criar sua primeira página’ dá o erro 500. O que eu posso fazer?
