  I need to renew this site. Cannot find out how to do it on the website.

  Hi @mwycombe, it was registered under another account. Are you able to log out and log back in as the domain owner, or do you know someone who can? You should be able to log in with the email address that receives renewal reminders.

  Also, I noticed this domain is in redemption. The registrar charges an $80 redemption fee in addition to the $18 renewal, just so you have a heads up on that.

  Are you able to log in as the domain owner?
