  Hi there,

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link from https://narintara.com/wp-login.php

  WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
