National Geographic Widget!

It’s me again. (And I did search through the forum, but the question I found was closed 4/2008, and there were no answers as to why the poster couldn’t get the widget to work.)
I now have the “image” in my sidebar, but it doesn’t work. Copied the info from the dashboard drafts, into a text widget into the large sidebar (vigilance template). I selected the music of the day versus pic of the day. What am I missing here, to “connect the dots” (I thought I had turned my brain “on” today…but maybe not?)

I’ve contacted christophertravels, and was directed to a page on his blog with both the music and pic of day shown. Both didn’t work. He’s sent an email to NG asking if there is a problem on their side.
In the interim, I’ll go ahead and set of pic of day, and see if that one works.

Just to let members know, the National Geo (NG) Music of the Day widget works with WordPress.com! After staring at the “empty” video box for several days, and an email exchange with travelsofchristopher and NG, it works! So, bring some music to your blog!
A note when you request the widget: the last NG request is to enter your blog site. Use only your blog name (for lack of a better term) – for example, I had first used http://c2c5e5.wordpress.com. It told me that there were system problems with wordpress. Travelsofchristoper indicated that I need only enter c2c5e5, leaving the http:// AND .wordpress.com off. I did so, and it worked!
