Nav bar disappeared

  I have a high school newspaper website smeharbinger.net. Recently, our nav bar disappeared. It’s supposed to be in the black bar across the top. Also, our sponsors no longer appear in the bottom right corner of the page. If there’s anyone out there that could help me, I’d be grateful.
