Nav bar has mysetrious divs popping up randomly.

Hi there,
On the site I’m working on http://neweb.xpient.com/, if you move the mouse above the nav bar, it sporadically opens menus and drop downs. I’ve investigated this with FireBug and I am having no luck. Anybody know how to get it working like a nav menu should.
