Nav bar not working

  I am following sites to help getting my nav bar up but it simply isnt working and i need more help.

  Hello @cindystiller
  Follow this steps to properly setup the navbar/menubar:
  1. Go to My Site(s) → Customize(Beside the Themes option) or just click here: https://wordpress.com/customize/. This will open the site Customizer.
  2. On the sidebar of the Customizer click on the Menus > tab.
  3. Click the Primary > tab.
  4. Now, if you want to new add items to the menu bar then click the Add Items button and if you want to create a sub-menu then just click and drag the menu under the menu item of which you want this menu item to be sub-menu of.
  5. After clicking Add Items, you will find various tabs like Custom Links, Pages, Posts, Testimonials etc . Click on your desired tab to add links to the menubar.
  5. Once everything is done, click Save & Publish.
