Nav Menu Help

  In my blog, I would like to add a Home item in the nav bar that goes back to my recent posts page. However I would like to do this without setting up a dummy page, so that when you click it, it goes back to mikekayler.wordpress.com. I would like to do this without using coding as I am very new and hardly have any experience with it. Thanks
