Nav menu link to "recent posts" when another page is set as home

  Hi & apologies in advance for inexact nomenclature.

  How do I set a nav menu tab, e.g.: http://oneglobaldemocracy.com/blog/

  …so that it opens my most recent blog post(s), which at the moment lead with:
  http://oneglobaldemocracy.com/2015/02/17/roger-cohen-islam-and-the-west-at-war/

  …rather than a static or blank page?

  Please note that I have another page set as the default landing page, which is why I need this menu tab to link to what would otherwise be the default home (most recent blog entry).
