From what I can see yogaattheashram.org is not hosted here on WordPress.com, but is a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.
In this case I see you are hosted at “Siteground” when I check your domain settings here: https://gwhois.org/yogaattheashram.org+dns
The site SITE_URL appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site, and not a site on WordPress.com.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
However, the version of WordPress that Siteground uses does have it’s own support forum, which you can find here: https://wordpress.org/support/
You may also wish to contact your hosting support team for direct assistance; as they may also provide some WordPress support in-house.
