  I noticed that there has been a lot of changes to the admin side of WordPress. I found most of what I’m looking for. But I want to add a new tap to my navigation, but can not find where to do that. Any help, please.

  I see these static pages in your custom menu now
  Home, About, Contact.

  Every theme has a detailed theme description page. This one is at https://wordpress.com/theme/snaps that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found. Does consulting it help you?
