Navigation and fullscreen home

    Hi,
    I absolutely need help with my page layout.

    I use the Vantage Premium Theme and I can do a lot with it. However, I want the home not to scroll, but simply fills the screen.

    An example: http://www.freresdencre.com

    I really like the layout of this page. How do I get the point that my home is not for scrolling and that I can fix my logo so that it is on each side at the same place. Another issue that the menu / navigation is in the upper right corner. Can I create it by a plugin somehow or is there CSS?

    I hope someone can help me.
