Navigation bar

  I am confused in how to create a navigation bar where there are other pages within the navigation. From example, in the demo site, within ‘page template’ in the navigation, there are 3 pages (default, grid page and full width page) that are within this navigation.

  Additionally, where can I find these different page structures? (default, grid page and full width page).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
