  Hi, my website is clubpenguinadvancedbeta.wordpress.com . I have the static page. I want the navigation/primary menu bar to change location as I wish. For now I want it under the title in static page and under header in blog page. How shall I do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
