I purchased the Modern News theme and cannot see the Primary Navigation bar. How can I fix this?

It looks like your site’s navigation bar is being hidden/bumped by some of the changes you’ve made to your site’ s stylesheet.
Can you let me know a bit more about the custom design changes you wanted to make to your Modern News theme?

Changes were made and the nav became hidden, so the original CSS stylesheet for Modern Themes was reloaded and it still isn’t working. The primary nav is hidden across the three major browsers now (Chrome, Firefox, IE). I think the only changes currently live are custom header image (at 960px x 111px as instructed in WordPress) and primary nav dropdown border of blue. My goal with this theme is to alter colors from the original theme of white/grey/black to my preferred colors of white/orange/blue theme. (And add a custom header of course.)

Okay, in that case, when I visit your Appearance -> Custom Design page, it looks like the Modern News stylesheet was copied and pasted into your CSS editor. With your permission, can I remove that information and restore the original Modern News stylesheet?
It looks like you’ve already uploaded a custom header image. Just to clarify, you want a blue border around the drop-down menus, is that right?
Do you want a white background for the post area?

Yes, you may remove and restore.
I don’t prefer the primary nav blue drop-down border now that I’ve seen it. I’d prefer it be light grey.
