Navigation Bar FREEZE

  I am having a hard time trying to find a CSS code so when I scroll, my menu/navigation bar stays in place.

  Can somebody help me please! Techy illiterate here :)

  Hi there, give the following a try. I added a white background so that it is legible when over the text and images in posts and pages.

  .main-navigation-lone {
      position: fixed;
      background: #fff;
      z-index: 1;
  }
