NAVIGATION BAR HELP

  Hi all!

  I was wondering if you could help me. I would like to have my 2nd navigation bar stick to the top of the screen when users scroll through the page. (Like this http://www.peaceloveshea.com)

  Also I was wondering if you knew how to get social media icons in the nav bar (also like http://www.peaceloveshea.com)!

  And lastly I was wondering if you knew how to get a “signature” in the nav bar (like (http://www.sincerelyjules.com/)
