Navigation Bar in Triton Lite Theme

    Hello I am using triton lite theme and would like to:

    1- increase the navigation bar font size
    2-make bold the fonts on the navigation bar
    3-center the navigation bar.

    I have looked in various other forum answers and the codes provide to others are not working for me.
