Navigation Bar too wide on mobile and tablet

    Hi.
    I am working on a blog site using Divi Theme, but I cannot work out why the navigation bar is off the screen when using mobile or tablet.
    The site is http://www.thetword.uk
    on desktop it is fine, but on tablet and especially on mobile, the bar is twice the width on the container.
    I have searched for answers, added custom css but none of this works, I’m a bit stumped.
    Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
