navigation block access

  I cannot find access to the navigation block on the right side to edit it.

  Help mentions ‘The Navigation block is specific to WordPress.com and may not be available in other versions.’

  As far as I know, I am working in the wordpress.com editor.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t want to create a new navigation block, only edit the existing one.

  It sounds like you need to edit the Sidebar Menu. Under Appearance>Tools click on Widgets. From here you can edit the sidebar items including any navigation menus.
