Navigation Font Change

  Hello,
  I am attempting to change the colors of my top bar navigation font to different colors along with the side menu font text to a different font. I am using a template and am unable to find the color dial which allows me to switch them from white and red respectively to any other color. Do I need to custom code these changes in or install a specific plugin?
