Navigation icon mobile

  I’m using the Sydney theme and I would like to change the navigation icon for mobile use (the 3 stripes) into just the word “menu”
  Can someone tell me how I do that?
  Also my submenu is blue on a mobile device. But it should be grey, as it is on a laptopscreen. I don’t use blue anywhere on my site and none of my chosen colors are blue, but still the menu is blue. Does anyone know where the bug could be?
