  I just signed up for the free wordpress site and I am trying to download a navigation plugin that won’t allow me to install. There’s seems to be a block on any plugins. Please help. Thanks

  You can’t upload your own plugins if you;re using a free WordPress.com site. Only Business plan users have that additional functionality.
