Navigation Issues / Visual Editor Not Working In 4.1

I manage a number of WordPress sites and upgraded them all to WordPress v4.1. All but one seem to be fine, but the problems with the one seem very random.
1. The main navigation looks like it always did but subnav isn’t showing up at all.
2. On the back end, the text editor is fine but the visual editor no longer works.
3. A Revolution Slider on the front page isn’t showing up anymore. (I’m using a recent version of Revolution Slider, so I don’t think this is related to the security breach in the fall.)
I’ve disabled all plugins and that didn’t help at all. Any advice would be much appreciated.
,So, wordpress was giving this notice, saying that a crucial update wasn’t installed. I updated the plugins and it seems to have gone away.
The other thing that was happening and still is, is that the slide is totally gone from the front page, and it is impossible to click on any of the pages/drop-downs. On the backend, the revolution slider looks wonky and different than it used to. Otherwise, on the backend, it will only allow page editing in “text” mode, and the visual mode just shows up blank.
Any thoughts?
