Navigation Link Changes

  I’m brand new to this and probably missing something but where do you change the navigation tab links under the header. I would like the Home Tab to redirect to my main website. About is fine but I need to update. Its gotta be somewhere but I cant find it. I’m going crazy!

  Is there a setting for this?
