Navigation links disappeared after changing header in Pilcrow Theme

  I changed my header from the original Pilcrow header yesterday and I noticed today that my older posts and jump to comments navigation links on the home page have disappeared.

  However, if I click on any post from the home page, the older posts and jump to comments navigation links appear on that page.

  Please help! I need these links to show on the home page so that I or my visitors will not have to go to my sidebar to view my older posts.
