I cannot access my plugins, tools, and a number of other menu items in the navigation bar…they are no longer there, is there a setting to bring them back?

Have you tried enabling the setting @justjennifer mentioned above?
I don’t see any issues with your Jetpack connection so, it’s probably just a matter of accessing the right menu items.Let us know more details in case you still have problems.

Actually, you can disregard my previous answer. Since your site is hosted on GoDaddy and not on WordPress.com, you do not see the changes we referred to above.
Let us know more details of what exactly happens when you try to access anything on your site, we’ll try to point you in the right direction for getting help with this.
