Navigation Menu Isn't Showing New Page

Hi, I’ve inherited my work’s website without having any previous training or setting it up myself.
    I’ve added a new page http://www.morrisonuc.com/rgf-project-updates/
I’ve made sure that it’s Published but it wont show on the website navigation menu.

I’ve created a new Menu and nested the subcategories under the relevant Menu selections (so that you hover over ‘News’ and see ‘Case Studies’ and should also be able to see the new page ‘RGF Project Updates’, but its not there) I then went to Manage Locations and selected the new Menu.

I’ve been into Themes and made sure that the Menu is set to the new one I have created but again this isn’t making a difference either.

I’ve tried rearranging the pages to see if anything will move on our main page, but no luck.

Basically, I seem to be able to make all the new pages I like but they won’t appear on the website?

Please help, this page needs to be live by Monday and I’ve exhausted my Google search criteria!

    Thanks,
    Kayleigh

Have you updated the page to have a published status? When I go to http://www.morrisonuc.com/rgf-project-updates/, I am getting a 404 error.
