Navigation menu not responsive on mobile

    So… about a week or so ago, I reviewed my website to realize the navigation menu is unresponsive on mobile version. I check desktop etc. it’s fine. I spent hours upon hours deleting and rebuilding over and over again. I deleted plugins. I cleared cashe. I switched themes. I even did a WP Reset and decided to just rebuild from scratch. Once again, no remedy. I’m bummed and burnt out. Any suggestions as to what can be causing this issue?
