Navigation menu sizing

  I spent all evening getting my site to look the way I want and I was so close to getting it perfect, but then something happened with my main menu that I can’t seem to fix. The black space between the main menu options in the navigation bar and the slider menu seems to have doubled for some reason. I checked the Color Blog Dark template and the space is not there and it was not there before. Do you have any idea how I can get it back to normal? I tried restoring my changes back as far as I could but I had no luck, and I’m afraid if I go too far back that I will undo major changes that took me all night.

  Unfortunately, your site misfitminded.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com (hosting) but instead, it is using the self-hosted installation of WordPress.org hosted by Bluehost (differences), which is quite different so you won’t find the best help from WordPress.com users.

  However, I’ll try to point you in the right direction. It seems that your problem is specific to the theme/site builder you are using. Mystery Themes, which is the company behind the Color Blog Dark template, offers support by tickets if you have a Pro theme from this link: https://mysterythemes.com/support/

  For free support, you can ask the community at WordPress.org, but it doesn’t seem to be an active forum: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/color-blog-dark/
  You could also look for help in the general forum for WordPress.org but not many people will be acquainted with your theme.
  Regardless it may be the best place to look for help, and that is the right place to post your questions in the future for support for your WordPress.org installation: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Thank you so much for the direction and links; it was very helpful, and I’m corresponding with the correct parties now. I’m very new to website building, so any and all help is appreciated. Hopefully, I can get the issue resolved soon.
