Navigation Menu with Images and Recent Posts

  I am talking about exactly what idiva.com and sheknows.com have. When you hover on a menu item it displays not only recent posts and images but also popular posts from that category.

  Is there a plugin or theme I can install/buy to get this functionality?

  If we’re talking about WordPress.com, I think it’s nearly impossible to have such UI element.
