Navigation problem

  I am using the Ixion theme by Automattic for my website. At the bottom of the home page, there is an option ‘Recent Posts’ which shows the 5 recent posts there. Beside that, there is an option ‘More posts’ which is supposed to take the reader to the other posts from our blog. Problem is: it is again taking us to the same HOME page again and not doing what it is supposed to do.

  Please help us here.
