  Yep, free speech can be a PITA sometimes, but I’m sure that those folks will thank you for bringing publicity to their blog #shootselfinfoot

  We take complaints seriously, but please be aware that unless a blog clearly violates our Terms of Service we won’t disable it.

  If they are actually posting material in contradiction to WordPress.com’s ToS http://wordpress.com/tos (which I can’t tell since I don’t read German), the correct place to report them is http://support.wordpress.com/contact/

  I do speak German, but besides wholeheartedly disagreeing with the message I could not find anything clearly violating TOS, but that is up to Support to decide, not me.

  Toni – our CEO – reads german and I will check if he has been sent that url before.
  But if as husdal and justjennifer says it does not break the terms of service then it will stay.
