won't stay saved

  I have a simple index that I add titles to manually. My list is separated by   The list looks like this:
  1
  12
  15

  a
  ab
  ac

  b
  ba
  br

  Notice a return between each group. Up until the WordPress software changed it worked fine. Now when I add a new title to my list and update it still works, but when I go to add a second title, all the   disappears leaving the list with no separation between groups. Can anyone help me with this?

  The first line should read: My list is separated by  

  The 3rd line in the bottom paragraph should read:   disappears
