near-luddite fleeing tumblr here – importer doesn’t seem to be working?

So the inbuilt importer is linked up with my account on tumblr, but after about eleven hours (and yes, reloading the page) it didn’t show that it had made any progress. I did click ‘Clear Account Information’ as it says to if things seem to have stalled, but upon attempting to re-start the import I got the following message: ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.’
I then disconnected from tumblr, or clicked the appropriate button to do so and had to re-connect to try re-starting the import a second time… and got the same error. Not sure what’s going on here, please help?

And of course now that I can see the forums, the first page is seemingly half questions about this same issue. Guess I’m just asking for a reset, sorry about the redundancy!

Hi there,
I’ve double checked to confirm your import is still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it, as that could be preventing it from starting.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please give it another 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

Your import is still in the queue – it hasn’t started yet but it will. So for now we just need to be patient.
