  I am not sure whether I need to download wp version 3.3.1. I have a blog on wp.com – I have not downloaded any version of wp. Thank you!

  Here at WordPress.com where your blog is being free hosted Staff do all software upgrades. In fact we are already running WordPress 3.3.1 on this blogging platform.
