  I purchase domain mapping but I deleted the blog by mistake. I want my money refunded.

  I was hoping to do the same today as well – any ideas when support will be back online today? I’d like to cancel and get a refund tool.

  Same here. I purchased a domain name, did the domain mapping and even made the additional purchase to keep my personal information private. But the site isn’t able to provide what I was looking for, so it has to be deleted. I would like a refund NOW.

  Upgrades > Refunds
  You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard or you can simply wait until Staff reactivate the support link and make your refund request by using the support link. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  If you have posted here within the 48 hour refund period after your domain name and domain mapping purchase you will receive a refund – not to worry.
