Need a better/more secure contact form
-
I was contacted yesterday by a person who misspelled his Email-adress in my contact form, and now I cannot respond to him ):
Its not the first time either :)Is there a way to secure that this wont happen by making the contact form better?
-Maybe 2 separate fields with “enter mail adress again”, and with no support for copy/paste?Could anyone send me in the right direction please?
This is how my form looks right now:

If you want to add another email address field to the WordPressdotcom contact form, you can do so, but the form isn’t programmed to validate that the two fields are identical.
I simply added a note on my site’s contact form asking people to double check that they entered their correct email address if they expect to get an answer. :)
If that doesn’t do it for you, the other options you have are Google docs forms (linked from your site to the form) or embeds from Wufoo https://en.support.wordpress.com/wufoo/ or JotForms http://www.jotform.com/help/299-How-to-Embed-Form-to-Wordpress-com

Happy dance update! The Google docs form can be embedded, as WPcom changes the iframe that Google gives into a shortcode. :)

Thank you Jennifer!
So I create the form I want to use i docs, then embed it to a post on my website.
-Then I suppose docs has the opportunity to spellcheck two fields of signatures. Otherwise I`ll be just as lost haha :)I
ll check it out, and if I cant make it Ill go to the google docs-forums :)Thanks again :)
