Need a blog, the name is already taken

  I want to create a blog with a specific name, but it’s already taken. I searched, found the blog, and whoever created it NEVER posted anything on it. It’s been sitting empty, unused since it was first created in 2011. Is there a way for WordPress to delete this blog, since I can’t contact the owner, and because it was never used – and has sat there for 2 years now, when I’ve waited and waited on it.

  My best advice is that you choose another name.
