need a css for 30 min delay on update

    hi. i need to add a blogg carusell. wich in itself is no issue :-]
    heres where my problem start.

    i need the blog carusell only to show. blogs. that have been tagged to a certain category.

    and then i need a css code. for that carusell block. to delay updates 30 minutes.
    so that blogs posted. does not become visible before 30 min after it has been puplished

    i am bit at a loss here :-]

    i have been trying to see if i could find a plugin that helps me with this. but it eludes me.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    also.. i have begun to suspect. that my theme also bugs the carusel so i cant edit it to only show a certain category. i use the Arcane theme. and apparently when i press on the option: feed settings, in a carules block, it goes straight to error
