Need a domain with our trademark that has been already used.

We have a trademark name and we want the address trademark_name.wordpress.com. We have plan to subscribe business plan and move domain to trademark_name.com (WordPress Business Plan). Still we need secondary domain to reserve this trademark_name.wordpress.com.
We can share trademark related information and our legal documents related to company registration and our social media pages since 2012.
There is no help available on forum so need the answer directly from team.

I will ask Staff to comment on this case.
But in general, if the domain is already owned by someone else at WordPress.com, any legal documents can not help to transfer the domain to you.
All you can do is to try to contact the current domain name owner and deal with him directly, to sell/transfer the domain to you. Only the domain owner can give permission to transfer his domain to a different account.
Alternatively, you can register a different domain name, or take a different TLD which you can find here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/. -

Let me give additional information.
We already own that domain i.e trademark.com / trademark.in etc.
We want sub domain trademark.wordpress.com (Since this is sub domain at wordpress.com so there is full control of WordPress.)
Additionally, I believe trademark.wordpress.com is also created by old employee of us. If we can know email then we can manage to reset the password and transfer to us.

WordPress.com sites are the property of the users who register them.
This particular site was registered 7 years ago by someone with a Gmail address named Dinesh, we can’t reveal more than that.

We reach the person and most probably the email is [redacted]. But when we try to reset, it is saying not exist. Is it possible to know the exact email someone provide the legal id or a way to know the username.
