Hello again, Shirlee! The link you gave me: https://jewsdownunder.wordpress.com/ redirects to http://jewsdownunder.com/. That is a self-hosted site. You’ve reached support for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.

You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here:

    http://wordpress.org/support/

    http://codex.wordpress.org/

You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.

If you are referring to a WordPress.com site, I am happy to assist you. If this is the case, you’ll need to give me a link directly to the page where the link occurs. Additionally, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.

The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:

    Take a Screenshot

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

    Thanks Robyn
I don’t seem to have access to my profile in the same way on WP.org
I will contact my guy doing the changeover. The hidden link is what he has been using or whatever it’s called.
It’s Saturday morning here so I don’t know what my chances are of him getting to this. I might phone him as it is causing an issue with the subscribe widget.
Thanks for your help. Please bear with me. He has all my details so maybe he can take over from me.

Sounds good Shirlee. Once you get clarification from him, you’ll know whether he can fix the link, or you need to contact the WordPress.org support staff. Let me know if I can assist in any way!

I just re-read the email properly. Just got out of bed.
    Thanks for your help.

I can’t handle the new site. I can’t even access my ID in the same way. So I will have to pass it on.

THANK YOU very much for your help

    Thanks Robyn

He can’t fix the issue and he said that he has issues getting a reply from WP.org, that’s how come I stuck my nose in!!

If you don’t mind I ask him to continue here with you. I’ll get him to identify himself to you but it will be my ‘log in’ His name is David Gross.

The problem is that I have no access to your self-hosted site. I don’t know how helpful I could possible be, because I’m basically blind to anything but WordPress.com sites.

Has he used the Forum at WordPress.org to ask his question? I highly recommend leaving his inquiries at:
    http://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

Additionally, he might have better luck connecting with your site’s host, since it’s no longer hosted here at WordPress.com.

Once he has you up and running, and you’ve surpassed the learning curve with your new site, it’ll be smooth sailing. No more stress :)

    OK thanks Robyn

    Have a good weekend.
