Need a live feed for my site to do a Q&A session

  Good Morning!
  I run an auto help repair site at http://www.fixcar1.com and need a Live feed such as RSS to where people can ask an automotive question.

  Note: That is if RSS feed is capable in do this. Not sure, but was told RSS can be made to do this type of work.
  I may be wrong when I say RSS.

  What I want to do is set up a live question and answer feed. Do not want a forum, but a feed where everyone can ask a question and/or view an answer.
  Example is

  A person would enter:
  Year, Make, Model
  Description of the Automotive problem and/or Question

  How do i set the feed up?
  What software or program will I need?

  There really isn’t a way to do that here, but you might be able to get something to work with the P2 theme. Comments or posts that are added to that theme show up in realtime so there is no need for someone to refresh to see the new comment that was made.
