Need a map for wordpress.com and wordpress.org

    I am brand new to WordPress. I have a couple of websites, 2 in Dreamweaver and one in HubSpot. I have a URL and host. What I want is to create a website (and blog) with about 500 pages. I want to move my Hubspot website (100% of the content and general patterns already exist). I have a website (xxxx.wordpress.com) and access to wordpress.org.

    QUESTION: This is a total lack of “wordpress” knowledge. What wordpress flavor should I buy to build this website? It seems that “.com” is also a hosting service (no need) and “.org” seems the builder lite. What is the industrial strength configuration???
